I tried power cycling//restarting my phone, turning on and off airplane mode, reconnecting to the game and I still cannot access any of the features, such as 4 in a row, arcade games, second chance, etc. I also cannot access the play store. This has been happening for about an hour, since I started playing today. Very frustrating.
