I'm sorry you're having this problem. Please log out of the game and
log back in after a few seconds. Please also check if it has been
updated and clear the cache.
When you play a level, your game will update and then try again.
Please also check your internet connection.
Yesterday I had no connection to the Playstore either.

Hello @Lylac are you seeing a spinning circle when you try to use your gold?

Or are you seeing a connection error?

What device are you using? If you are using a Huawei device then your issue can't be fixed.
