Game keeps freezing

I have iPhone 15plus my software is updated, the ap is updated, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 2x which is upsetting cause I lost gold bars and boosters, restarted phone.. I have no idea how to get support 🤷🏻♀️ so I just don’t play the game anymore? lol
