I can’t access my save

so I’ve just gotten my grandmother a new iPhone. I’ve tried to log her in on the new device via Facebook but it keeps giving me “wrong email/password combination” after I signed in a have confirmed to continue under her profile. After multiple attempts and deleting a reinstalling both Facebook and candy crush friends, check the permissions are installed and restarting her phone I can’t get to work. It won’t even take my back to the page where I sign into Facebook before you accept the app permission!!!!!! HELP

Hello @arthurmorgan74373383 I think there was an issue with Facebook which has been resolved and hopefully you will able to restore your save game.

Hello @arthurmorgan74373383 I think there is an ongoing issue with login through Facebook and I hear it has not been resolved. Have you tried creating a King Account instead? I have played on iPhone and iPad using a King email account for years and never had any problems at all! There have been numerous problems encountered and reported over the same period by players logging in through Facebook. It's just a thought, given that your grandmother is new to the game and to her phone.
