Charged for extra lives I never get to complete level

I have purchased extra lives several times only to find I am directed back to the shop screen to purchase extra lives, each time I am charged for these lives, Microsoft have never responded to my complaints for a refund

Thanks, my problem is Microsoft are charging me for extra lives that I am not given. After I click to purchase extra lives, I should not be returned to the shop screen to purchase extra lives again to complete the same level. Microsoft are not responding to my requests for refunds.

They can check your account and reimburse you if applicable
