I forgot my password and i no longer have access to that email can I restore my game progress?

Hello, I have a problem. I bought a new phone for my father, and I want to transfer his game progress from his old phone to the new one, but I don't have the account password and I no longer have access to that email. Is it possibleto restore his progress?My father's level on his old phone was 9183 and his game ID on his old phone was : 5958315883

and his new game ID on his new phone is :13281549446

Hi my friend Unfortunately as you have a new email and password we can't advise on a progress transfer

You could however select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to manually restore the levels
