Overcharged on purchase on iphone

I keep getting overcharged on purchases. I made a 1.99 purchase on 10 gold bars and I was charged 12.81. I have also made a 9.99 purchase and was charged over 30 this keeps happening and I want my money back! How do I contact someone?

Anything to do with purchasing needs to go through our customer services
If you select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain they can check your account and reimburse any incorrect charges
