    My mom used to make a casserole with stuffing, boneless chicken breast and cream of chicken soup. It's baked in a casserole dish and topped with cheese. Yummy

    One of my favorite dishes my parents made was a different type of oyster stew. Typical oyster stew is made with oysters, milk and butter. My parents added potatoes and onions. And about 5 times the amount of oysters required. Add a couple of hand fulls of OTC crackers, and YUM!
