Hi all πββοΈ sorry to here this is still not resolved.
I know you have followed trouble shooting already but I need to ask you all to repeat the uninstall progress but make sure your game is saved and that you clear the cash and turn your device off and on before you reinstall. Clear cash from your settings in apps on your device. We have recently had an update so this should clear it now for you.
WARNING ......As you know you will loose boosters.
Once reinstalled play one level then close and restart your device this will return you to your original status in the game.
Please come back to me with your updates.
Once again I am sorry you are having to follow this process once more. I have my fingers and toes crossed that this time it should be sorted ππ
