My used to have IOS and me Android though we both updated BW2 I'm still missing the hat that appears on the right side so that someone can help you with your level... One more thing the event JAVKALOPE TOWER to gain booster was supposed to be last Saturday I haven't played it,it didn't show up... Its hard to gain booster and gold.. please help

I recommend you try making sure the game app on both devices are up to date. If they are up to date and you still don't have these features you have mentioned, then your game doesn't have access anymore.
You see, some features are just in test period even if they have been in the game for while, but only a group of player will have access to it. It might be that the test group has changed so you no longer see these extra features.
Unfortunately features cannot be added to your game but making sure the game app is always up to date, will help you not miss out on new features in the game 😉
