Is there any personal support here?

I get only automatic responses to a problem , that needs personal answer ; Swiped empty my cache, lost my login in Candy Crush playing in King.com page. I have been playing it over year without logging in every time, don't remember password and e-mail provider, which I used does not exist any more...

Don't want to lose my advance , I was quite high level in it.

    Be sure to tell them what type device you are using and platform that you are playing from.

    I am an avid Candy Crush player! Tried to play level 8009, screen comes up to play, I get an oops, and then contact support. I have lost 4 lives trying to play that level thinking it was just a glitch. I sure hope I don't have to go all weekend without playing.

    Please fix that level!!

    If you haven't saved your game on any account and need to get the levels restored, first make sure to create an account on KIing.com so we have an account to restore the game on.

    Make also sure to play at least the first level in the game on your account so it registers.

    Then send an email from HERE to our Player Support. Remember to enter the same email address in the web form that you use on your King account, otherwise you'll get an auto reply. Choose also "Game didn't save" as the subtopic to get correct help.

    Happened so far;

    Swiped empty my cache, lost my login in Candy Crush playing in King.com page. I have been playing it over year without logging in every time, don't remember password and e-mail provider, which I used does not exist any more...

    Asked help here, but lost my first King.com account (jaripetri)password and Can't renew it. Always gives: failed to authenticate password reset request.... So Created new account: jaripetri2 

    With friendly advise above, did get contact with support, but I don't find The Question mark?

    -Open Candy Crush Saga. 

    - DO NOT TAP ON PLAY 

    - Tap on the Pink Gearwheel in the bottom left corner. 

    Tap on the Pink Question mark button within the Settings menu to open our Help Center.

    Is there different versions of this game , because I don't see any ?-marks after clicking the pink gearwheel...?

    Instructions , features (tips in game) and bottom button goes to here, King community.

    Hello @jaripetri and @jaripetri2.

    May I know whether you tap on "forgot password" when you signed in to your original king acc? If yes, the reset password would have been emailed to you. If you can't remember your email or password, then it's unfortunate there's nothing can be done.

    You may try to restore progress by contacting support in the game using your second acc. Based on your image above, seems like there is a missing icon. The help button should be a Question Mark, refer to my image below circled in orange.

    I'm not sure why that icon is missing from your setting page. Pls log out ft the game, restart your device, wait for 10 sec or more, and log back in. Click on setting again and see if that icon appears.

    I remember my old account e-mail, but that mail provider does not exist any more.

    I tried to get new password to my old account, but it leads to my new account now, so I messed that option ...

    Support insists me to click that missing ?-mark, which leads to Help Center (?) before they can do anything?
