Can’t advance in contests when run out of levels
I ran out of levels again. Why can’t I earn progress in the weekly contest or the Season Pass10 game that you buy in to get gold status? I only bought in to get to level 10 boosters. I made 9 and halfway to 10 when I ran out of levels and the game ended. This seems unfair since it wasn’t my fault

Lost levels / record not restored
Hi. I got locked out of my phone and had to restore to factory settings. When I reloaded, I lost all my levels and had to start over. I then synched via facebook and it resored me to level c.560. I was on around level 1265 from memory. Please can this be restored. I really dont want to have to go all the way through again.

Chocolate box error
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
