The effects of climate change have long been a major issue in Europe. Whenever I see the reports on the climate conference or other events on television, I am a little disappointed with the results. For me, all this is going much too slowly.

I have long understood that every single one of them can do something and I do what I can on a small scale. I do not use disposable tableware and avoid, if possible, all disposable products and disposable packaging (it does not always work, but if there is an alternative, then I take this). 

Many in Europe think that major hurricanes and tornadoes only exist in America, not here. However, this is not true, as recent examples in Europe show (about a week ago in the Czech Republic).

I have also experienced a tornado in Berlin myself. He wasn't as strong as I know it from television. Nevertheless, I found him very threatening.

I thank Elsa for constantly drawing attention to such things here in the Community. It's important! For us and especially our descendants.
