Happy National Yorkshire Pudding Day to all of our American friends.
We don't celebrate it in the UK, although it originated here.
It is usually served with roast beef, vegetables and gravy - although my mother-in-law, whose family came from Yorkshire, used to make it as a dessert with jam.
