I’m also from Canada, usually we have cipaille or in French we call it cipâte for thanksgiving. There’s are different ways of making it. I like mine with potatoes ( that’s more the French way) or you can make it with only meat ( that’s more the English peeps) but it’s sooo good.😋
Sometimes, there can be up to 7 different kinds of meat or more, including wild meat and there’s a layer of dough in the middle.

Hi @wykoon , we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in my country, but I'll post some of the food I usually eat. I have to admit I adore potatoes and rice and pasta, but I'm diabetic so I have to avoid them and also keep my weight to normal, otherwise I will harm my body. So basically I'm on diet my entire life 😅 Thus, the food shown below (dishes I eat) may seem not too appealing to some...
baked mixed vegetables
baked beans
okra & eggplant & herbs
salmon with broccoli & cauliflower
@Boybinary wow! You got to love a man who can cook. Pass me some of that chow mein please!
@annthomas0104 I'm not a fan of garlic, but I would devour those carrots right now.
