Help! Having trouble signing in!!!
Hi y'all Candy Crushers!
I've been having tons of troubles with my game ever since I've signed into this community, before that no issues. My problem this morning is about signing into the game. The password I have with King should be same as the game right?? When I opened my Kindle today & started the app, my progress was there but the Events were not. Played a level anyway because sometimes after I do that my stuff comes back. Not this time. So I logged out but when I try to sign in again it says wrong password/email. Tried searching for help on this but can't find my answer. Yes my app is up to date, I've cleared cache & restarted my device. Have double & triple checked that I'm entering password correctly. Any advice is wanted. Thanks 😊
PS~ does signing up to this community somehow allow the company to sell my email?? Ever since I signed up, I've been inundated with spam🤔😞😩😤😡

Don't worry! How about you click on Forgot your password then type your email address and then click on reset password. Then you reset your password and finally you log back to your Kingdom Account. I hope this helps as I see the player try these steps then it's really solved. 😊

May I know whether you've tried the steps provided by our Ms Diamond Lim above?
Also, please note that your log in credential in this Community may or may not be the same as the one you log in to the game, so you may want to try entering the original credentials to log back into your game. However, if you have recently merged your game account with this Community account, then you may need to use the login credentials of the Community account in your game.

Knew I could select 'forgot password' & move on from there. And thats exactly what I did to fix this problem but now I'm afraid to log out. Sorry, sometimes I don't tell my whole story because I don't want to post long, boring paragraphs.
I'd mentioned that I'd been having issues with my game since I'd signed up here on community. Lets remember, I've only played the game all of five days. Sometimes I wouldn't get a prize or bonus, sometimes I'd be about to make a move & the game would say 'shuffling, no more moves', when I clearly saw one (has happened more than once). I'd just close down the app & restart my Kindle hoping for a quick fix. Then once, I did sign out & when I tried to log in again, it said my password was incorrect. I went thru the process of making a new one & logged right in with new password. The next day I tried to test it by logging out & signing in again. And again it said my password was wrong, I even tried my old one. So I reset it a second time & got back in. The third resetting of my password is the one I just did, because of the issue above, losing my event. After that I was able to get back to the event but now don't ever want to log out again😬

You're most welcome @Trimper and I'm happy that your issue is fixed now. I can see the cause of your problem now. In fact, events and features are available to selected group of players and in different account, so if you play via Facebook, you may not have it the same as you have if you play via your king.com acc. All these features and events are not permanent 🙂as the game studio wanted different players to have diff gaming experience.
Also, some of these features are still in testing stage.
So don't be surprised if you missing an event suddenly, however, playing any level may sometimes restore these features in your game 😉
