New yrs resolution

New years resolution.. I've over the years played..paid for lives and not received.. I am now going to video everytimw I do this.. and post on social media.. as keeps happening.. my own fault for carrying on.. before I bought lives on farm heroes .. took money but no lives.. I reckon over the years a lot of money.. I bet I'm not the only one

Hi there,
It seems like you have a purchase issue of lives.
If you purchased timed lives, you have to start playing it once you bought the same as the time will keep ticking even though you've taken a break from the game.
If you have bought the regular 5 lives from the game but didn't receive, you may need to contact King Support team under the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page. It would also be helpful if you're keep proof of purchase in your Google App Or Apple store as supporting documents if required.

This has been an ongoing issue which you have previously looked into and given me a refund.. but it happens all the time and can't be bothered messaging all the time.. so I will record each time I buy and dont get a life. Then send you the evidence.. wrong and annoying

It's very strange indeed that it happens all the time. Please check the following before any purchase.
- Internet connection is stable.
- You have zero life before you purchase because if you have full lives, additional purchase is redundant because the game can only hold up to 5 lives and any additional lives would not be added.
- You are not sharing your device with another person or you are not log in to other's people device.
If all the above are in order, then keeping a screenshot of your purchase each time and contacting support team for refund may be the only solution. Sorry to know that you have to go through such inconvenience.
