Problem with notification counter

Hi. Are you aware of this problem? I remember clicking "Mark All Read" and the counter is back to zero. But when I reload page, the counter appears with a different number.

There is (1) notification didn't appear when I press on notification icon (🛎) but appear when I click all notifications !

And when I am trying to open it , error appears !

And every time I press (make it all read) number 1 gone then if I go to any link through the community no.1 back again !

Hello @wykoon I thought I would let you know that what happened to @adidas11zs1982 isn't an isolated case

I received a notification from @Venom_ but when I click on it I get taken to a post of another member.

Also like Adidas mentioned there are some Discussions that show one new post, but no matter how many times I read that post the 1 new symbol does not get removed.

Hope all of that makes sense.

Hi @Alienscar,

Thanks for highlighting this again.

The tag from a banned member aka Venom_ on the discussion thread titled "Limit lifes" will bring you back to the said discussion thread but you will no longer see its comment in that thread, instead it will bring you to the latest comment on the day Venom_'s message was being removed after he was banned. Unfortunately, the tag message still appear in the notification box and I think that's a glitch.

I hope my explanation above is clear enough.

Anyway, @adidas11zs1982 have reported similar issue and I will pass on both of your comments to the Studio and come back with an answer later.

Hi

I recently started to notice in the community that my notification was glitched it’s stuck at 1 like if a had tag from someone and every time I click Mark all read and refresh the page it comes back and it’s starting to get really annoying to me because I always think someone tag’s me on a discussion any help.
