@Diamond_Lim it's great that you posted the link and I see it but where is it located in the Players' Corner? For example, I am brand new to the community and I just found it today. I need help with a game but if I don't come here to read that you posted a link I can't find it. It needs to stand out more maybe in a hot topic area or a stand alone with a catchy title so that I know where it is located.

And yeah! I also agree it's some difficult to find Help Center on Player's Corner / Community Hub as it's doesn't found on Player's Corner / Community Hub above here. (It's doesn't like could found Help Center above and below (Quick Links) on any King's Game Support Forums).

I would like to know if synchronizing King and Facebook accounts is only possible on a computer/laptop. Previously, when the game could still be played on king.com, we were told that synchronization could not be done on mobile. This part here in “King and Facebook profiles”, and here in “My game progress” .
If this can only be run on PC/laptop can this please be reconsidered? Not everyone owns a PC/laptop and may want their accounts to synchronize. Partly because we sometimes see quite a few issues with the game on Facebook.

I think I can tell all of you what's wrong. I'm a new player and just found this community. If I were to go to the link that you just posted @Yosca this is what I see. I am now getting frustrated as a new community member because I have no clue which message will help me. Do you understand what I'm saying? A GM can't just point a brand new community center to a link without a print screen with an arrow showing where to go. The only reason why I say this is because I am a visual person and I need print screens to guide me. That's what I think is missing. Maybe it's time for me to create a new road guide for the community to help newbies.

@Yosca in the past, prior to this new GM program, when players wanted to know about syncing after the king.com was closed I found out that on a mobile device if they only used Facebook and now want to use a King account I've told them to create an account and once they did it got synced with Facebook. Maybe now that's changed but people would come back to me to say that it worked just by creating a King account.
