Hi! Ever since the update that introduced requests for boosters and lives, I can no longer access lives friends have sent me, send lives to friends or request lives in the bakery chat (others can though and I can send them without issue).
Im on iPhone!
I put in a support ticket with King and just got a generic email back with a broken link that’s meant to take me to a general page about lives etc, so that wasn’t helpful.
Anyone else experienced this?

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

I’m so glad it’s not just me!
None of the suggested steps work for me either. It’s almost like a bug in the game.
I can help people in the bakery when they request lives - but I can’t ask for lives in the bakery myself.
I can keep refreshing my booster and lives requests, but I don’t receive any and I can’t send any either (and these are friends I know are actively sending them to me too).
The only thing I can think of is it’s either a glitch or a plot to get people to buy gold to spend on extra lives instead. Either way - it’s making the game not very fun at all!
