Firstly, you make sure linking your King Game Account (From playing King's Games) and your Community Account (From this community) with your same one email address only first. ๐
Then did youย ticked "Link my Community and Game login details?"ย onย Edit Fieldsย already? ๐๐
If youย still haven't while cannot unticked itย yet, Community Team has been answered us theyย will still checking this problemย and also About Meย as weย still cannot ticked/unticked on "Link our Community and Game Login Details"ย andย also changed/updated on "About Me" possibleย right now then we hope weย can ticked/unticked on "Link our Community and Game Login Details"ย andย also changed/updated on "About Me"ย on Profile Settings possibleย soon/later. ๐
And as Lola Popย the Community Manager suggested another information :
It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you.
Please remember:ย Pro Playersย play more, they are onย higher levelsย and/or they have been around for theย longest time!ย ๐ค

I have told this problem to Community Team twice on 22nd May and 10th June already. Community Team answered me unfortunately as they are still looking and working it right now. Until it's worked and fixed while Community Team will answered us this great news very later.
