Hi guys please follow these steps
Go to the King website at King.com/games
Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
Select ‘Account’
You will be prompted to confirm your password
Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
Once complete, all your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
Please sign out of the game and back in with the King account details to make sure sync correctly before deleting facebook

I hope the problem is solved soon if you play via Facebook. when you want to switch you start at zero. Am now at 5000 so not an option!! but keep playing with only 5 lives each time is great fun!! can you fix this quickly please?? no more lives while before the update I could continue to play with lives being sent. candy is not the same anymore .. a pity and annoying if you save your game in Facebook then you will be disadvantaged and you will play 5 lives and game over every few hours ....
