I had the same thing happen to me. I started on a new device played for months. I racked up over 450 gold bars and tons of boosters. Signed into the community, pressed the keep accounts separate and the merged and wiped me out of everything

Hi everyone,

Just to explain -- the merge accounts option you see for Community has no impact on your game account. The option in the pop up lets you link/merge your game account to the Community account so that we can see your game account details and easier grant you prizes if you win contests in the Community. This has no impact on your actual game account.

That said, I'm really sorry to hear about the lost Gold Bars. Please reach out to our player suppor team by going in to your game, pressing the settings button and then the "?" button and they should be able to help compensate you.
