I don't have the piggy bank to have any gold bars added to purchase when it hits 100 gold bars. What happened to it?

Sorry to hear that my friend it's unusual not to see your piggy banks

Let's try a few trouble shooting steps

First check for any pending updates then the clear the ingame cache from your device settings under apps then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two

Once you log back in play one level if its just a blip this should of cleared it for you👍

If it doesn't please come back and let me know what game you are playing and what device and platform you use

I will then pass you over to find out if this is currently a known issue 💓

I still haven't received by Piggy bank gold bars since I wrote to you on August 5, 2023. I was at a high level of bars in my bank. Please fix it. It was fixed before from your end. It is frustrating to lose it.

Hi if you made a cash purchase to empty your piggy bank and did not receive the gold bars please select the contact us tab at the bottom of the page as our customer services can check your payments and if all is in order they will reimburse you

Unfortunately it is not something we can check here in the community 💓

Why do I have to PAY 2.99 to get the gold bars out of our piggy bank when I won them? Doesn’t seem fair. It seems I have collected WAY more than 30 bars but never seem to have them available to use. It’s frustrating because I haven’t been able to use them to pass levels.

Yes gold bars are an optional purchase feature and once it is full at 30 gold bars no more can be added 💓

I haven't had any piggy bank options for more than a couple of months. I was up to a high level of 300 but haven't gotten any help from anyone. Guess I won't be able to purchase any. I was paying for them. In the past someone has gotten them back for me.

I was purchasing 100 gold bars at a time. Guess I won't have that option again, I am disappointed.
