[Resolved] 🚨 Games showing as offline, issues with transactions, friends or events

As of Today at 9am EST, working online!

after Problem all King games (e.g. BW3, CCFS) is due to offline issues at 5am EST.

I installed the game and signed in on a new device. Only to discover that all my unlimited life hours were gone, there was no record of my recent win in the winter tournament, my wonderball which was previously legendary was now at the beginning level, my team was gone... Yet it did know which level I was up to.

why is this? If my hours are not restored I will uninstall and not bother playing this game.

From this thread we can see that players are mostly worried about the outcome of their purchases for which they did not receive the products; and whether they will be able to benefit from the rewards they had won and could not claim because of this ongoing issue.

Could we at least receive a clarification about these two worries?

Candy Crush Jelly Saga is still normal, online events and other online purchase are still working.
