Of course we want the new members to stay. New members mean new ideas. The question that needs to be answered is what are the new members staying for? Something is changing with King Customer Care and here in the Community. If we’re relying on the long-time members to be the new Community Customer Care, where do the CMs and GMs fit into the picture? Other than this thread, everyone seems to be silent lately and King Customer Care has not responded to anything since All-Stars 2024. Perhaps a CM or GM could acknowledge this thread by commenting to some of these ideas and what if anything will change going forward or if this is just another waste of time. Have a great day 😊

They will definitely answer us. I have no doubt about it. But I don't know what their answer will be.
I have only two options for their answer:- They will repeat to us all the platitudes about how the sweat runs down the backs of King's employees.
- They will close this thread.

Option 3 - this thread will sit here like the previous similar posts. After three years when they do nothing and need to create another post looking for feedback they will delete this one.

Here is a third option ……. they fix the darn tagging issue! Twice I tried to tag you Elena but it's not working! Maybe the third option should be to get rid of Vanilla and this platform which causes more problems than it's worth.
Here is the third option: they won't be able to do anything because Microsoft will shut this community down when they see the neglect and negativity and lack of interest. Microsoft bought the King games from Activision at the end of last year and supposedly they are not doing anything about the games until the end of this year. Maybe they are looking to see what's going on and then maybe they have an excellent project manager that will shake up the King employees and bring in some of their own!

And that's the main problem isn't it Elsa the fact that no one really listens to feedback about the game. We voted on the horrible new map but it still continues. We've been asking for years about a scroll feature but that still hasn't happened. We've moaned about having to use 2 Party Boosters in the Gold Chocolate Box but that continues. We've moaned about a lot of side games needing us to pass new levels. We've moaned about lives being sent but not being received but nothing is done about that. I could go on and on but nothing gets done. So of course the Community is going to be full of moans and negativity. Most of the comments from 'Newbies' is about issues only King can solve so why isn't someone doing something about it.

Well at least we can still click on the "Reply" and it does show your message. Guess one is better than nothing. I think when the community started it was with good intentions and being able to work alongside the studio to make some changes. I remember working with one of the old CMs and believe it or not we got the Saga studio to get rid of the timed levels. Those levels were very stressful to those who had health and or mental health issues. I gathered enough reasons from the players as to why they needed to stop creating them and the studio listened. Perhaps with more community members posting with their game issues the studios just stopped implementing changes. I remember when the Saga studio dropped many levels from 50 moves down to 12 moves. It was in the old King Care. You think anger and negative is bad now ??? This is nothing compared to the anger back then when they hardly had any moves to clear a level. Then Saga started updating some of the lower levels so when a player needed help with a level and they found a video for that level they were upset that the video level was not the same as the level they were trying to clear. I just wonder if the studios just got fed up listening to the players and decided ….. no more changes!
I know that it has to be very stressful when a GM has to respond about a player's message reporting a glitch or whatever about a level and it gets elevated to the CM who then forwards it to the studio and then a week passes and another week and the player is so fed up because they aren't getting a response that they just stop playing the game.
So I better get back on track or else this message will get edited and I'll be told to read the house rules! Maybe for this community they need to stop reporting all the issues that the players want implemented and just report glitches. Perhaps the GMs need to be more creative or do some googling to offer the players other options to work around those levels.
I know that these comments from you horrible new map, a scroll feature, having to use 2 Party Boosters in the Gold Chocolate Box are from Saga. I was the person that requested the scroll feature and it's never going to be implemented. I think the only way that is going to work is to stop asking for these changes because we can all see that the studio is not doing it or planning to do it. Maybe the CM has to post something stating that only glitches will be addressed. And that takes me back to the Ideas and Master List of Ideas. I requested that it be closed and I'm sure it hasn't been done for those games yet.

You didn't know that Microsoft bought out the King games? I was in total shock last year when I heard that they put a bid in. It took several months for the deal to finally go through. I think it was last November but Google it to find out the dates.
