Well at least we can still click on the "Reply" and it does show your message. Guess one is better than nothing. I think when the community started it was with good intentions and being able to work alongside the studio to make some changes. I remember working with one of the old CMs and believe it or not we got the Saga studio to get rid of the timed levels. Those levels were very stressful to those who had health and or mental health issues. I gathered enough reasons from the players as to why they needed to stop creating them and the studio listened. Perhaps with more community members posting with their game issues the studios just stopped implementing changes. I remember when the Saga studio dropped many levels from 50 moves down to 12 moves. It was in the old King Care. You think anger and negative is bad now ??? This is nothing compared to the anger back then when they hardly had any moves to clear a level. Then Saga started updating some of the lower levels so when a player needed help with a level and they found a video for that level they were upset that the video level was not the same as the level they were trying to clear. I just wonder if the studios just got fed up listening to the players and decided β¦.. no more changes!
I know that it has to be very stressful when a GM has to respond about a player's message reporting a glitch or whatever about a level and it gets elevated to the CM who then forwards it to the studio and then a week passes and another week and the player is so fed up because they aren't getting a response that they just stop playing the game.
So I better get back on track or else this message will get edited and I'll be told to read the house rules! Maybe for this community they need to stop reporting all the issues that the players want implemented and just report glitches. Perhaps the GMs need to be more creative or do some googling to offer the players other options to work around those levels.
I know that these comments from you horrible new map, a scroll feature, having to use 2 Party Boosters in the Gold Chocolate Box are from Saga. I was the person that requested the scroll feature and it's never going to be implemented. I think the only way that is going to work is to stop asking for these changes because we can all see that the studio is not doing it or planning to do it. Maybe the CM has to post something stating that only glitches will be addressed. And that takes me back to the Ideas and Master List of Ideas. I requested that it be closed and I'm sure it hasn't been done for those games yet.

I know exactly what you mean Elsa about when the level moves were changed and the anger and negativity that went with it, I was one of them. Always left feedback on levels but stopped nearly 2 years ago along with so many others. It was a shame because there were so many really good Community members who used to leave feedback, but it didn't make any difference, and sadly they are no longer around. I also know that you was the first to ask for a scroll feature and that was when the levels were approx 4 to 5000. Now it's 17000 it's ridiculous π€one day.

The community is not the only place where there are no answers and the player questions are ignoredβ¦. I have sent 8 emails to King support over the past 2 weeks and have yet to receive any response! Absolutely nothing! I have finally suggested they send me a bucket of gold bars and boosters for ignoring me and wasting my time π€£ Let's see if they respond to that request! π

I wish I could be positive but I've seen so many things posted and nothing implemented so I can't help but lean more towards the negative side.

Microsoft will never close this community for the same reason that Activision Blizzard did not close this community.
Our community has existed for many years. But that's not what's important. It is important that this site (forum) has a huge rating on the Internet. This is a popular and widely known platform. This is very important for the Internet. No one will erase this community because this site is a goose that lays golden eggs for the owner of this community/forum. And the real owner and/or leader of our community, using this community in its interests, will always have prospects for advertising, arguments to convince players to be loyal to the community, as well as filter out and punish those who do not support his point of view.

I think you're right. When they want to forget us and everything we said, they open a new thread. This branch is an exact copy of the previous branch. But there is one difference. In the new thread, no one will be able to read all the complaints against the studio that players published in the previous thread.))))
Of course, in the new thread, players will voice their complaints. But no one will see the βoldβ claims. No one will know about this. Therefore, all our claims that we voiced in previous years will be buried under a βhuge stone slab.β And the new thread will collect new complaints, for which the community management will thank everyone today. Hello Elsa, what you said about having no expectations reminded me of an old quote (In acceptance there is peace). So here in the Candy Kingdom we just accept what they do and enjoy the game the best we can. π
