It will just be my husband and me this Christmas so we donβt have any special plans (especially since I will have just returned from being out of the country for a month).
However I think I will make our traditional Christmas meal of standing rib roast with Yorkshire pudding and hopefully some of my husbandβs delicious mashed potatoes.

Hi. Being out of the country for so long. Does it have to do with your job? The reason I am asking I noticed you have mentioned it before that you travel alot.

My plan this Christmas is to have a pizza dinner and catch up with my family at home.

I have a week of meetings/site visits in Europe (NL, BE, DE) but the rest of the time Iβve been in London with my oldest daughter and her family on vacation and doing a little remote work from her home.
I also have several projects in Peru so I usually travel there 2-3 times a year.
