How can I log in if I can no longer access my Facebook account?

My 15YO Facebook account was hacked and then deleted, despite uploading my driver’s license to show them that I am the real owner.

Since I logged into “everything” using Facebook (HUGE mistake, change it now if you do the same) I can’t log into several accounts, including my Candy Crush account, which is somewhere around Level 300. 

Is there any way to get in using other information? I tried using the email and password I used for the old Facebook account, but it didn’t work. I miss the game a ton, but there’s no way I’m starting over.

When I created this account just now, a banner popped up about linking that account to this one, but it sent me to my profile with no further instructions. I used the same e-mail address here as I was using for the now deleted Facebook account.

    Hi my friend sorry to hear you having these problems

    So you now have access to the community with the details you have entered

    Have you now still got your game app and what level does it show you are on when you select play

    If it shows levels have dropped please play 1 level and close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat

    Any saved levels should then return

    Hello sorry to bother you I kinda have a similar problem, I bought a new phone for my father, and I want to transfer his game progress from his old phone to the new one, but I don't have the account password and I no longer have access to that email. Is it possible to transfer his game progress? My father's level on his old phone was 9183 and his game ID on his old phone was : 5958315883 and his new game ID on his new phone is :13281549446

    Hi my friend Unfortunately as you have a new email and password we can't advise on a progress transfer

    You could however select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to manually restore the levels

    First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again 🎄💓
