How about you can try following these steps here šš
Restart :Ā Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates :Ā Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection :Ā Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
š¤ Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
š iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.

Make it easier to contest etc. And to earn badges and gold bars. I have never ever won any gold bars in the community. The contest are hard to understand and I have been in the king community for years now?

The ability of Candy Crush to stream their Saga reward Adds is abysmal with the ad either freezing or going to black screen meaning that you have to restart the game. I am not very happy with the number of times this happens.
