My Nanny was the most inspiring woman I had the personal privilege to know and love. I lost her a year ago and it still hurts like it was yesterday. I'd give anything to go back in time and take care of her round the clock again. As hard and emotionally draining as that was, living without her is so much worse. She was a 2nd mother all my life and I am beyond grateful for the 45 heats i had with her. Sorry for getting sappy and crying over this post.

My grandmother. She passed away when I was just 20 years old. I was lucky to have a grandparent that long. She was my very best friend and we talked about anything and everything. Never any judgment.
