Golden egg event ended on 20th of April 2020

Hello,
I completed the golden egg contest well before the 20th of April 2020 and it was marked completed in the game.
However, the gold bars are to be divided today and I did not receive anything. Even more, any reference to the golden egg event has been removed from my game.
What has happened here ???? Does not seem fair since I have completed the event !

Please go to the gear wheel in your game - question mark = help center. Please search for booster not received. If you cannot solve your problem, please send an email from the game with the sub-topic: Price not received. As a precaution, please include your ID number. You will then receive an automatic mail and send your problem again and send it off.
