honey harvest reward problem

I never receive any of the rewards i earn in Honey Harvest, in the last 2 days i have earned 3 x 5 plus moves and never got them, but since it was launched i have never received the rewards,apart from when i was the overall winner. Is anyone else having this problem,have sent email twice now asking for help,but all they do is tell me to look in the help center.

+5 move is auto added to ur next lvl ... there is no booster for this ... u can’t choose not to use it, it will be auto added to the next lvl u play

I love the rewards but my team is very slow to help. But it's still awsem I am very advanced in the game and the new stages are very challenging but awsem
