Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as so many players have this problem. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)
You can click here if you have playing any device 👇and all of the supports solved by Community Team, then you can find and follow troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps you haven't this happens on this game! 😉
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
** If you have tried all of troubleshooting steps of this problem but it's still not worked, please let me know and you can continue to comment on below here that I can help you again. **

I've turned the phone off and back on, I do have plenty of storage, I have downloaded the latest updates, I have even taken a chance and logged out of King and logged back in, I have logged off facebook and back in. The only thing I am hesitant to try is to deleting my game and reinstalling it as I really don't want to loose what bonus' I have, any other suggestions? thanks

Ok, I clicked on your link to see about the friends expiring and nothing happened. I don't think I'm completely connecting to facebook. On the bottom of my phone where you usually have the little umbrella symbol and the circle going around it until it connects and then you have a green check mark, our phones never get the green check mark anymore. This started 3 levels ago when we updated on Pyramid Solitaire Saga. But if I click on Profile it says that I am connected to facebook and my levels are saved. I also have not had any reward games in 3 levels. This is also happening on my husbands phone too. I have an I phone and he has a Samsung and it's the same on both. Very frustrating. Everytime I try to contact support they just refer me to the forum for some reason.

My problem is I can't even send out lives at all, for years now on computers, mobile phones, androids, windows it doesn't matter. I can't send! I play on King, not facebook. I never play on FB, only King and I'm always logged in. Sometimes I get a message saying no internet connection. I always check and I AM connected. UGH!
What to do??
