Question re: different versions of game

Hi! Why are there different versions of this game? My husband, daughter, and I all have android phones and each one has different features. For example, my phone will not let me watch video ads for lives or boosters, but their versions allow them to do so. Also, in settings I have no option to disable hints, but they can. I was just curious as I have gone through settings several times and I have the latest updated version.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

i've tried twice to re submit my question . it is Candy Crush Saga.
can someone please try to understand and give a human answer (no automatic direction to an irrelevant link)
why is level 1902 on CANDY CRUSH SAGA completely different on Chrome to the one on Edge .
