Using stored bars from the Piggy Bank!

I do not wish to pay for anything. BTDT. So - I have a bank that's been full for years - on all 4 games I play. How do I access the stored bars to trade for more moves or new helpful candies? I get the notice that I can get more moves or items for <x> bars - but all I get is a page to pay for something. What's the use of having stored bars if you can't use them?

Well the piggy bank requires a purchase, but if you playing without making any purchase just ignore it. Many do and play without making a purchase.
