Playing on multiple devices but your progress isn't synchronized? That's likely caused by a synchronization issue.
Here are two steps you can follow to fix this:
Confirm you have an active internet connection
You'll need an active internet connection on your devices to make sure that your progress is uploaded. Please check that your device has an active internet connection.

Refresh your device
Please try the following steps on the device that isn't updated:
- Log out of your account via the Settings menu.
- Close the app.
- Turn your device off.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Switch your device back on again.
- Reopen the app and log back into your account.
Why can't I see the latest levels on one of my devices?
If you're at the very last level in the game, please note that level might not yet be available on other platforms. This is important to keep in mind if you play on different platforms like Android, iOS, or a desktop computer.
Don't worry: when the newest levels are available for all platforms, you'll see them in your game.
