Elsa any news on this issue??? I still have no buddy challenge/dynamic duo. Still the spinning and loading. I sent numerous memos to support but never a reply except for the bot Anna. What do I need to do to get any help with this issue.?

My Buddy has not been working since December 2018 and I have not received any new levels to advance. I have written to King and asked for help but nothing has been done to help me. All my friends and co-players have advanced well past 4370 and they advance because they use the Buddy challenge. My buddy challenge just spins…

Liah scroll to the bottom of this screen (below the green grass and trees) and you will see "contact us" . This is what I did but you will just get a run around and waste your time. As the answers above were of no help either. It will be fixed when they find a fix for it. We are not alone in this predicament. Good Luck
