This is my problem too... I have encountered the exact same thing as Guy. Same screen and it has been going on for weeks. Please correct this for me.

Yes a big problem I fear. My Dynamic Duo has just been spinning for a month and never finds me a buddy. I feel it is not letting me advance to a higher level. I would like it fixed so I can advance.

I have since passed this level and it was originally 40 chocolate to collect and only 28 moves. I am happy for upcoming players it has been made passable now.

If you match candies under the dispensers at the specific move (see my previous comment), the key DOES drop. I have replayed this level several times and all keys drop at the move they suppose to drop. Don't bother to destroy the block much. I think this level is INSANE. I too cannot pass this level. I use up so many lives and never get to use all my moves because the board just fills with chocolate.
