Welcome to the community, @reinkercin! I just played that level and passed it without much trouble. Make sure you're using all your starting boosters if it's giving you this much trouble. A color bomb to wrapped candy combo could really destroy this level.

What confuses me is that I've successfully tagged people before. now all of a sudden it doesn't work.

When you see @mercerik, tell her I posted a screenshot of my levels beaten this week since she's the one that wanted me to post it.

That has been a feature of Candy Crush since day 1. I actually don't mind losing the lives.
