I tried clearing out cache signing off 📴 and still is grayed out. You mentioned a timer in one of Elsa's messages, how long is the timer? Thank You

Hi @LoFiGummy @Creative_Elsa I just started playing Bake a Cake I keep receiving lives from members. I don't know how to remove the gray 🩶 I tried logging out clearing cache. Nothing works. I was reading Creative Elsa, you mentioned a timer, how long is the timer It has been grayed out for over a week now. Thank you
