Ahoy there! The Pirate Hats are part of the Shipmates feature, just to understand better what you mean, would you be able to submit a screenshot of your game? π I think the hat you are seeing is the hat that shows up when you are helping a friend get ammunition in Shipmates, but to be sure please submit a screenshot.

Oh no! That's not fun at all. Let's try to fix this so you can get back to crushing candies. Would you be able to explain a bit further when the crashing is happen? Can you also let us know what your Player ID is and what device you are playing on? This will help us troubleshoot the issue.
