Every time I start the game it freezes gets to level I am on the map and does nothing else

Still persist same spot no matter how many times I restart
Hi @Madzell, I'm covering for @FluffyDinosaur and thank you for getting back and confirming the issue is still persisting.
We have tried a couple more things so could you try the game now and see if it loads without freezing? You might have to close the game app a couple of times for it to work and give the app time to allow for new updates to sync.

The developers are investigating it, and they are asking just if it would be possible for you to try to play again and see if the issue is still there. We have provided them with your ID so that if you play again they will be able to log what is going on and better track the errors. It would be very helpful to us!
