Hello, This issue was a addressed in a recent game update: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/gate-2167 Please always make sure you have the latest version of the app installed as these not only contain new levels but also fixes to bugs etc. Kind regards, Johnny

Hello Kate. Could you please check to see how much available memory you have left on your device. Please also try to load the game with no other apps open, check that the available RAM is adequate as well. Please check this and let me know if it changes anything. Kind regards, Johnny
