Hello, Thank you for your post. I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. Hello, I can confirm this this is not just related to Kindle devices. There is no issue, this is only in relation to the way that boosters are stored in the games. They are stored locally, meaning the data is included in the game app. Unfortunately this means that the boosters can disappear via updates, games crashing or…
