Restore my levels

Hi, thank you for your consist assistance, but it does not really help me. Actually, my whole level progress is done before I make a sync with facebook and its ID. For about 3 years, I reached about 1500 levels, but I lost all of its levels just few days ago. I could not use facebook ID or Candy Crush ID to restore my levels, since I did not use them before this problems. I want to restore my past 3 years..Please help my situation. Warm regards

iPhone to android
How can I retrieve my progress when switching from iPhone to android when I used apple to sign into candy crush??
Is there something I’m missing with level 13218, I can’t pass it, not even close.
I’m ready to give up and delete the game all together. It really seems like the people behind the game just want my money. Making levels impossible and trying to tempt me to purchase moves and boosters. No.
Issue with game.
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
