  • Hello Jacob, To stop notifications on your phone you will need to change the phone settings, I'm not sure what phone you have but you can generally turn off notifications for apps within the device settings.   • Hello April. Thank you for posting. Could you please confirm which version of the app you have installed. Go to General >> Usage, you will then open the Storage, a list of all installed iOS apps on your iOS device. Find the app and tap on it, you will open a screen with app version, app size, etc. Kind regards, Johnny
