Hi Tambu. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? This is a last resort kind of thing because any boosters/lives that you didn't buy (meaning you got from events, etc.) will be lost. I will let the Moderator know about this also for you. Thanks for writing and have a great day!

L4dyMonk, this is a known issue, and for now, King is not doing anything about this. They are taking all feedback about it, though, and hopefully they will change this. I see many people complaining about it. Thanks for your feedback and I hope you have a good day!

Rick, this is an event and most people should get it at one time or another. I am surprised you aren't getting it at all, however. I get one or the other regularly as I play.
