Piggy bank

So I started playing candy crush again after like 4 years and omg a lot has changed. I got a pop up saying that my piggy bank was full and that I could buy it for 2.99. I went ahead and bought it but I dont see it on my game and its asking if I want to buy it for 2.99 again...does this only work once? I know the purchase went through because I have my receipt.

In my account there a problem in receiving the episode race winning gold and other perks as mentioned for continuously lat 4 episode race.This need to addressed and clear for the team
