  • Are you playing CC from your phone or a desk top? Do you have a king account. You could check your app store and make sure you have the most up to date version of not then install it. Worse case you can try logging out and back in or even uninstall the app and reinstall it.

  • If your playing on an android phone if you press and hold the candy crush icon a pop up screen will come up and say info, uninstall etc. if you hit info and scroll to the bottom. It tells you what version you have. If you go to the play store you can see if there is an update

  • It should update you on your status. Sometimes logging out and back in will update things. My app was being weird as well but I ended up getting a notification that I made it into the finals when I logged in the next time
